Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs
Ingredients: - 1/2 pound of lean ground beef - 3 cans of biscuit dough - 2/3 block of cheese (I used medium cheddar cheese, but use whatever you want) - Bacon (I used real bacon bits to save time, but you'd need 1/2 to 3/4 of a pound of bacon if you want to fry your own) Directions: 1) Cook your beef in a pan. Drain the meat juice from the pan after it's cooked (if you don't, the biscuits will be soggy). 2) Cook your bacon in a pan. Once it's cooked, use a pair of tongs to transfer the bacon to a paper towel - lined plate. Pat the bacon with another piece of paper towel to remove excess grease. Transfer it to a cutting board and chop it to an ideal size. (If you used bacon bits, you can skip this step) 3) Cube your cheese. 4) Open the can of biscuit dough. Separate the biscuits.
